Zircon comes from different countries such as Tanzania, Vietnam, Cambodia and, last recent discovery, Malawi. However, the only currently known source of gem-quality blue Zircons is in Northeastern Cambodia. In this region, Zircons are extracted by hand and in an artisanal way. Production is therefore very limited, which further increases the rarity of this stone.

The formation of Zircon dates back 700 thousand to 2 million years. The extracted stones are generally brownish, they are then slightly heated so that the chemical elements unfold and create exceptional blues / yellows / reds. The color is completely stable, making it a durable stone and, certainly, a very promising investment for generations to come.
